We often get asked the question from new or long time Entourage members, “how can I help?” With May being CF Awareness Month, we wanted to highlight how you could help Emily’s Entourage during the month of May and all year long:

1. Become An EE Champion

The Emily’s Entourage Champions campaign recognizes and applauds young professional leaders helping to make a difference in the quest to cure CF. Nominated in recognition of their philanthropic spirit and community involvement, the EE Champions leverage their personal networks to reach a fundraising goal of $1,500 and are honored at our annual gala for their commendable efforts. The Champion who raises the most money is named the “EE Champion of the Year.”

2. Dedicate Your Bar/Bat Mitzvah Project

Approximately 1 in 25 Ashkenazi Jews is a carrier of Cystic Fibrosis. A Bar or Bat Mitzvah project is the perfect opportunity to spread awareness of this little known fact and raise funds for Emily’s Entourage. Funds raised accelerate research for new treatments and a cure for the Ashkenazi mutation of CF.

3. Join The “Where In The World Is EE?” Campaign

Join our “Where in the world is Emily’s Entourage?” campaign as we paint the world purple to spread awareness of Cystic Fibrosis and gain momentum to wipe this disease out! Wear your Emily’s Entourage t-shirt or tank somewhere awesome and snap a photo. Post it on social media and tag us or email it to us at admin@emilysentourage.org. 4. Choose Emily’s Entourage as Your Charity of Choice on AmazonSmile

5. Participate in a Marathon, Bike Race Or Other Athletic Event On #TeamEE

Whether it’s a half or full marathon, a 5K, a 30 or 100 mile bike race, or even a triathlon, there’s no better way to make your participation in a major athletic feat more meaningful than to do it on behalf of #TeamEE and our quest to cure CF. Ask your family and friends to pledge donations to Emily’s Entourage in honor of your upcoming race.

6. Become an Ambassador

We believe that people have huge hearts and they want to help, but nobody can get involved if they do not know about us in the first place! That is why getting the word out about Emily’s Entourage is half the battle in our audacious quest to cure CF. To maximize our impact, we have launched EE Ambassadors, a group of people who sign up to receive an email no more than once a month with a specific way to spread the word about EE using social media or your communication platform of choice! It is an easy peasy way to convert your commitment to change into action! To join the as an EE Ambassador, sign up här!

7. Get A Local Studio To Hold A Fitness Class

Emily’s Entourage hosts fitness classes throughout the year with proceeds donated directly to the foundation. If you belong to a local gym or fitness studio, consider asking if they would be willing to host a charity class to benefit EE.

8. Share Our Message

If you don’t have a lot of time on your hands, a simple thing you can do is share our message with your friends, family and co-workers. View our video här and post it on Facebook to share with your network.

9. Host A Parlor Meeting

Invite your family, friends and coworkers to an intimate evening to learn more about Emily’s Entourage and our fight against Cystic Fibrosis. These events typically feature remarks by Emily and her doctor or a member of the Scientific Advisory Board, who present the latest research and medical updates.

10. Have a Lemonade Stand or Bake Sale

For our youngest EE members, there’s still a way that they can support the organization. Hosting a lemonade stand or bake sale is a great way to raise additional funds for Emily’s Entourage. No donation is too small!
